We are a small team. Most messages get an answer within a few business days, and we reply to every one that needs a reply.

What to include

Four things turn a report we cannot reproduce into one we can fix:

  • The app version — Settings → About shows it at the top.
  • Your device and OS version — for example “iPhone 14, iOS 18.2” or “Pixel 8, Android 15”. If it happened on this website, the browser instead.
  • What you were doing — the screen you were on and the steps that led to it. If it involves a specific bill or representative, name it.
  • What happened, and what you expected — including the exact wording of any error. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.

The apps do not send us crash reports, so if one closes on you, that description is the only thing we have to go on.

Common things

  • The wrong representatives — the app works from the state and district on your account. Correct them in Settings and the list updates.
  • A bill looks out of date — bill data comes from Congress.gov and can lag the chamber by a day or more. If it is still wrong after that, send us the bill number.
  • A contact link goes nowhere — contacting a representative opens that office’s own contact form, and offices move them without notice. Tell us which one and we will update it.
  • Notifications — check Settings in the app first, then your device’s own notification settings for YourVoice.Now.

Account and data requests

  • Deleting your account — you can do it yourself in the app; the steps, and what happens to your data, are on the account deletion page.
  • A copy of your data, or a correction — email privacy@yourvoice.now from the address on the account.
  • What we collect and why — the Privacy Policy covers it in full, including how to turn analytics off.

Security reports

If you have found a vulnerability, email support@yourvoice.now with “Security report” in the subject line, and please give us time to fix it before publishing. We will acknowledge it and tell you what we did.
